High Line Meat Packing District
It was a great day in the city, lots of sun... a cool breeze and a photo shoot on the west side. It was only fitting that I wore a tank today and I took some pics to share.
Alex is wearing a nautical inspired outfit. Blue and white tank with red skinny cuffed jeans for a laid back casual look. The jeans and tank contrast beautifully. The outfit is completed with a classic plimsoll and retro sunglasses. Nothing better for a hot day.
I decided to go with bigger stripes with my tank and paired it with classic dark blue skinny jeans and my all time favorite chuck taylors. The outfit is completed with a brown braided belt and shield sunglasses.
If you haven't been to The High Line Elevated Park yet, I suggest you go check it out. It is an amazing park, very picturesque. You can click here to check out The High Line's website.

TANKS, VESTS, TANKS
Tanks tanks tanks. If it were left up to me, I would allow tanks in the office this summer. At first I was a little self conscious about my 'bod' ,or lack there of, that I would see a tank and turn away but now I believe I have found my calling. TANKS, VESTS, TANKS are amazing. Perfect for that barely there feel on a hot summer day in the concrete jungle.
There are many variations of the tank, many colors, many styles and many fits. My favorite fit would have to be a little oversized, I find myself sometimes buying a size over so I can get that nice blowing in the wind feel.
Tanks are easy, pair 'em with shorts and flip flops for a hot day or throw on your favorite jeans and boots for the club later that night. My favorite way to wear a tank is with shorts and oxfords. With that said, go get some tanks and show those guns this summer!

Denim Everything
Denim is BOOMING. Denim every season, denim everything! I'm yet to find denim underwear though....but I know they are out there somewhere!
From the everyday jeans to the occasional denim trucker jacket, denim thrives everywhere. Dress it up, dress it down, leave it long or cut it short there are so many options when it comes to this staple. Personally, I just cut the sleeves off this amazing denim shirt that I killed during last winter so I can continue to KILL it during the summer. I believe I get scissors happy this time of the year because now I have half the wardrobe I had during winter.
Here goes some simple denim looks.

I'm in love with THE LAST GIRL ON EARTH
Random but, I LOVE HER! I mean.....look at this 'fit! Simple, chic, effortless....and military boots. She is such a fucking lady.
The Return...
"I know it's late and I took all year but you can stop complaining because I'm finally here..." - Kanye West.
Haha, one of my favorite lines from the Don and I believe the most suitable phrase for this post. Yes, but back to business..... I do apologize for the extensive break in posts but that was due to my lack of commitment, I'm ashamed to say.
It has been a great year filled with many great things, great people and most importantly GREAT TRENDS, many which are still trending from my previous posts. This is another reason why I haven't posted because many of these trends are so versatile they have been repeating themselves with the seasons.
During my downtime I've collected some images of looks that I think are great, I'll share a few with you. Some of them may be out of season but..... I have lots to make up for. I wont continue writing because I hate long posts so here goes some pics for Fall '10. I'll be back as often as I can, I promise, so stay tuned. ;-)
this post is dedicated to Alex, thanks for the motivation ;-)
